Return Policy:

Designer Sleeves and its parent company, VRS Marking, believe in the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it, replace it or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs (shipping and handling charges are refundable for defective merchandise only). We thank you for your purchase of our laptop bags and stand behind our products. Please let us know how we can better serve you.

If your order is damaged due to a defect in materials and/or workmanship you may return it in original condition and in original packaging (within 30 days) for a prompt credit to your account or exchange. Before returning any product the customer must first contact Designer Sleeves regarding the reason for the return. At this point an RMA number (return authorization number) will be given. The RMA number must be visible on the exterior of the returned product packaging. All unauthorized returns or returns without a visible RMA# will be refused upon arrival.

Designer Sleeves wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you would like to exchange an item for a different size we will gladly exchange your item. Sender is responsible for return postage and any incremental cost that may be incurred if product upgrade in size is requested.

All returns must be sent postage paid. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless they are damaged. Of course, if we have made an error in the personalization we will be happy to exchange it free of charge. This guarantee does not include items that are misspelled due to purchaser error. Please read instructions for personalizing and double check all spelling before submitting order.

Shipping Policy- Domestic and International

As a rule, most of our domestic and Canadian packages are sent via UPS Ground Service. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a valid street address when placing your order. Shipping charges are based on shipping within the continental United States. Shipment to locations outside the continental United States will incur additional shipping charges.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments:

Please note all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are required by UPS to ship via 2-day air. All orders to these states will be adjusted accordingly. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order.

Canadian Shipments:

All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Surface. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order. However, your purchase may be subject to additional duties and charges collected by UPS on behalf of your country at the time of delivery. Designer Sleeves and its parent company VRS Marking, Inc. are not responsible for collection or reimbursement of any of these charges.

Privacy Policy

Designer Sleeves and its parent company VRS Marking, Inc. will not release your name, email address, or any other personal information to any other companies or individuals. We use the information you provide when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties. We may use the information you provide when placing an order to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Our commitment to data security:

Our customer's data security is very important to us. All credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. Credit card information will not be sent via email or any other unsecured means.

Warranty

Designer Sleeves warrants to the original purchaser that its Laptop Case is free from manufacturing defects. If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. In addition, this warranty does not apply to spelling errors provided by the customer. All products are covered under warranty for one year from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers defects encountered in manufacturing and workmanship and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, animal attack, negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials, which may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty may not cover products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers such as online auctions or coops. Please e-mail us if you have any questions.

I don~t know if you have gotten to the freight portion of the shopping cart yet but we will want to add a radio button that asks, ~Are these item(s) shipping to a residential area?~ Yes and No. If the answer is Yes then we need to add an additional $3.00 to the shipping charge.

Any address correction charges incurred from UPS will be passed on to the customer via the original payment method. Please enter your shipping information carefully.
